Fromagerie bio du Maine (Maine organic cheese dairy) in Entrammes

L’Entrammes is a true local cheese that uses a traditional method: raw milk, special attention to the rind and maturing on a wooden board. The cheese dairy was designed with the same approach as the farms, paying particular attention to the environment.
