Chile, 1988. When Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet, in the face of international pressure, agrees to hold a referendum on his presidency, opposition leaders persuade a brilliant young advertising executive, René Saavedra, to design their campaign. With few resources but innovative methods, Saavedra and his team constructed a bold plan to free the country from oppression, despite the constant surveillance of Pinochet's men.
