To get off to a good start in 2026, a drawing course
This course is an opportunity to explore drawing in a different way, using light as a starting point and simple fluorescent highlighters and a black marker. Through short, guided exercises, participants work on observing from life: light values, contrasts, framing and notions of perspective, getting straight to the point.
Daytime workshop (2-6pm)
Drawing without trying to represent objects, but rather what links them together: patches of light, relationships of values and nuances. Focusing on the right contrasts. Landscapes are created by light.
Night workshop, "La nuit des formes" (7.30-9.30pm)
Drawing in the dark, by the light of a street lamp or a torch, to explore light against a night backdrop. The aim is not to focus on shapes, but to reveal the luminous nuances emerging from the darkness. Then the depth of the night will be ours.
Location: easily accessible sites to be announced a few days before the workshop.
Public: workshops open to all, beginners and advanced alike.
Equipment: 6 basic stabilo highlighters, a black felt-tip pen (€5 loan or €15 supply) and a sketchbook.
Prices: €55 (afternoon), €40 (evening), €90 full package.
A deposit of 1/4 of the cost is required on registration.
