Between tradition and modernity, an exhilarating circus epic on the shores of the Mediterranean.
A pioneer of contemporary circus in Morocco, the Groupe acrobatique de Tanger has been touring the world for twenty years, bringing a discipline born of ancestral history into the present day. It is to this Berber culture of acrobatic art that their new creation pays homage: a free and aerial tribute magnified by the staging of choreographer Raphaëlle Boitel.
The thirteen acrobats oscillate between Europe and Africa, circus and ballet, hip hop dance and balancing act. Bathed in a chiaroscuro pierced by a powerful Moroccan blue, this colourful show is both a burst of organic life and a circus dance bursting with joy.
