Come and discover Laval during the Christmas illuminations
Welcome to Les Lucioles de Laval! The idea is to help you discover the city of Laval during the Christmas lights in a fun way, by finding markers that will enable you to visit the different places of interest in the city.
You can choose to look for all the markers, or just some of them. You are also free to choose the order in which you look for them and the route you take to get there. At the end of your route, you'll be informed of the number of beacons you've found and the time you've taken, but there will be no official ranking - it's not a competition!
No medical certificate is required, and everyone takes part at their own risk.
You can search for the markers on your own (if you are over 18) or in a group. Depending on which option you choose, you will be given a map and an electronic finger (to validate the markers) by the organisers, either individually or as a team.
Before the start of your route, you will need to leave a deposit cheque for €60, which you will get back once you have returned the electronic finger.)
Most of the stations are accessible to wheelchair users (this will be indicated on the map with a colour code).
Please note that the number of electronic fingers is limited, so don't delay in registering!
On-site registrations will only be possible if there are any fingers left and at an additional cost.
Don't forget: your headlamp and your high-visibility jacket!
Departures will be between 5.30pm and 9.30pm. You can leave whenever you like and take as long as you like. The only constraint is that you must have your electronic finger back before 10pm to close the circuit!
Please note: traffic will not be closed for the event. You will not have priority on the road and must obey the highway code.
