Leaving from Saint Jean Sur Mayenne, embark on a 41km cycle tour... and a few hills!
Before you set off, don't hesitate to drop into the Petits Guidons workshop to have your bike checked. They'll even have a coffee or a cold drink for you!
Make the most of the towpath to get off to a gentle start, and don't forget to take your picnic to Changé. Then it's on to a succession of climbs and descents on the back roads of Mayenne! Make the most of the towpath to get off to a gentle start, and don't forget to take your picnic to Changé. Then it's on to a succession of climbs and descents on the back roads of Mayenne! Once you've left Changé, the view opens up to the heights... After taking the A81 and rounding the Séché mountain, you'll be plunged into bucolic countryside. Head for Saint Germain le Fouilloux and its chateau along tiny roads. A change of scenery is guaranteed at every turn!
After this succession of very small roads, the chateau will appear on your left: you're ready for the descent to the banks of the Ernée.
One last bump and you're in St Jean. All you have to do is glide down to the Mayenne and enjoy the place. Quite simply.
And if you've got a sweet tooth, we recommend you follow it up with the Nordique, which also passes through St Jean!
