Open door presenting the BPJEPS fitness activities training course taking place in Laval from September 2026 to the end of July 2027.
This course is open to candidates from the "parcoursup", those who are retraining and those who wish to complement their training.
The "brevet professionnel de la jeunesse, de l'éducation populaire et du sport" (vocational diploma in youth, popular education and sport), specialising in "sports educators" with a specialism in "fitness activities", enables you to satisfy this qualification requirement.
Run group classes (LIA, STEP, PILATES, etc.), cardio-training, body-building, weightlifting, physical preparation, stretching, recovery (STRETCHING, PILATES) and strengthening activities in fitness centres, thalassotherapy, balneotherapy, holiday clubs, sports clubs and associations.
-Participate in the running, communication and maintenance of the facility, and act as room manager.
