
Titiou Lecoq, author of the best-selling book "Les Grandes oubliées. Pourquoi l'Histoire a effacé les femmes", recently adapted into a comic strip, will be speaking at the Archives départementales de la Mayenne about these forgotten women and the mechanisms behind this biased view of history.

There will be a book signing and sale of his book and comic book at the end of the event, in the presence of the Laval bookshop M'Lire.
This event is being organised as part of the exhibition "Les femmes vont voter, octobre 1944 - octobre 1945" (Women go to the polls, October 1944 - October 1945) being held at the Archives départementales de la Mayenne in Laval from 19 January to 25 April.
