A sensitive and powerful journey in which six dancers explore the fragile balance between falling and rising, between breath and song.

What if the voice became a gesture? What if singing emerged from the body as a vibration, a breath, a momentum? The new work by the choreographer from Mayenne explores these questions in ways that are as ground-breaking as they are exciting. On stage, the voices are not seeking prowess but embodiment: they become an extension of the movement, making the dance resonate in a different way.

In this collective choreographic work, David Drouard explores what it really means to support: to carry, to resist, to connect. Inspired by caryatids, the figures that support architecture, Soutenir shows us another incarnation of strength: that of the collective, that of solidarity. A physical, vibrant, deeply human show.
