Europe’s flagship event

Laval Virtual is the leading European event dedicated to immersive technologies.

From April 8 to 10, 2026, the 28th edition of the event will once again bring together professionals from around the world to explore innovations in virtual reality, augmented reality, and immersive technologies.

Exhibitions, conferences, networking, and competitions will punctuate these three days, which celebrate innovation, knowledge sharing, and connections. Laval Virtual offers a concrete glimpse into today’s and tomorrow’s applications across numerous sectors: industry, training, culture, healthcare, and entertainment.

This year, the LBE (Location-Based Entertainment) area, dedicated to immersive entertainment, is expanding with a 500 m² space highlighting collective immersive experiences.

For three days reserved for professionals, Laval becomes a true international hub for immersive innovation, shaping the experiences and technologies that will define the future.

  • What are the dates and opening hours of Laval Virtual 2026?

    The 28th edition of Laval Virtual will take place from Wednesday, April 8 to Friday, April 10, 2026.
    Event opening hours are as follows :

    • Wednesday, April 8: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Thursday, April 9: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
    • Friday, April 10: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    For exhibitors, the show is accessible from Monday to Friday starting at 8:00 AM via the main entrance.

  • How to get to the event ?

    Laval Virtual takes place at Espace Mayenne, one of the major event venues in Western France.

  • Is the event accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM)?

    Laval Virtual is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility (parking spaces, elevators, etc.). If you have any specific questions regarding accessibility, you can contact us at: contact@laval-virtual.org

  • Is food available on site ?

    For security reasons, you will not be allowed to bring food or drinks on site. Security checks will be carried out at the entrance of Espace Mayenne.

    During the event, you will have the option to have lunch on site. Catering will be available in the indoor lounges, and food trucks will be accessible outside.

    Exhibitors will also be able to reserve their lunch by contacting the phone numbers provided to them during the event.

  • What is the Laval Virtual mobile app for?

    The Laval Virtual mobile app will soon be available on Android and iOS. It can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store by searching for ‘Laval Virtual 2026’.

    The app gives you access to the event program as well as the list of participants (exhibitors, speakers, visitors, and more). A badge-scanning feature is also available to help expand your network and facilitate networking.

  • Is it possible to exchange or get a refund for a pass?

    Unfortunately, pass exchanges or refunds are not possible.
    All badge sales are final once payment has been made.

  • What are the different passes to access the event ?

    In total, three passes are offered through the ticketing system. These passes give you access to the event for all three days. No single-day passes are available.

    Full Pass: Unlimited access to the event. Explore the exhibition, attend conferences, tech talks, and doctoral sessions, and participate in the LV Party and the LV Awards ceremony.
    Discovery Pass: Access to the exhibition. You can add a “Sessions” option to attend conferences, tech talks, and doctoral sessions. A second option, the “Social Event,” gives access to the evening events (LV Party + Awards ceremony).
    Student Pass: Access to the exhibition. You can add a “Sessions” option to attend conferences, tech talks, and doctoral sessions. The Student Pass is exclusively for students with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (BAC+3), and proof of student status (student ID) will be required at the entrance.
    All necessary information is available on the ticketing platform.

  • What are the access conditions for the event ?

    To access the event, please bring your badge. It is recommended to print it in advance to save time at the entrance.

    As passes are nominative, you may be asked to show an identity card.

    You also have the option to purchase an entry ticket directly on site.
