The Bretelle et Garance company is touring Laval Agglo's libraries with its musical show "La part des choses".
With the Compagnie Bretelle et Garance, two voices and an accordion, accompanied by a cushion, a camping sardine and a box of matches as minimalist instruments. The blades of a carillon tinkle in space. Bretelle et Garance's joyful universe, gentle madness and depth are all here.
The songs speak of the earth, of evenings that nothing can stop, of women and men we look at, of Antigone. They play with forms and codes. From meditative contemplation to polyphonic trance, this is a resolutely luminous show.
La part des choses is a light, acoustic form. What is played out is tenuous, powerful and intense.
