With a length of 400m and a gradient of between 10 and 12%, this beautiful hill has all the makings of a Trail: plenty of time to work on your endurance and technique for your next challenges!

The start is at the entrance to the woods on a fairly wide, gently sloping track. You'll soon have to steady your steps and anticipate any passages with roots and stony areas! Halfway along the route, you're already on a steep incline, so hang on. Just before the bend to the left, the path narrows a little and becomes really rocky. There's a short, open stretch that doesn't give you time to look up, so keep your eyes peeled and manage your effort! The finish is gentler in the heart of the wood; enjoy the peace and quiet... Take advantage of the technical descent to perfect your proprioception... be relaxed, with your body on the slope. For a high-volume workout, have fun repeating this exercise at a constant pace! Some people have done it 20 times! Start more modestly and at your own pace... then come back to it!
