Come and find out about the ambitions and concrete actions taken by the Lafarge cement plant in Saint-Pierre-la-Cour to reduce its CO2 emissions: promoting sobriety with innovative construction systems for the rational use of building materials, recycling decarbonised deconstruction materials, moving away from fossil fuels by developing alternative fuels with biomass, developing innovative compounds to produce low-carbon cements, initiating a residual CO2 capture and storage project to achieve carbon neutrality in 2031 with the GO CO2 project.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Meeting point for departure by coach compulsory. People arriving on the site by their own means will not be welcomed for the visit.

- Visits reserved for jobseekers, people in training and secondary school students: 10 October at 1.45pm
- Reservations required, online at laval-tourisme.com or at Laval Tourisme reception (Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, closed Tuesday morning).

Visits by under-15s are forbidden, except in week 1 and where otherwise stated.
RECOMMENDATIONS
- Please arrive on time for your visit, as you will be expected there.
- Follow the health and safety instructions given. If you do not
access to the visit will be refused.
- Do not smoke during visits.
- Ask permission to film or take photographs.
- Flat, closed shoes are recommended for all visits.
