Our cheese, made from raw milk using traditional methods, is the symbol of our local commitment to organic, small-scale farming. Our cooperative has been in existence for 15 years, and our 48 producers are working to ensure that the dairy industry is a real project for our region: Maine. With this in mind, we set up a cheese dairy in which we have been making L'Entrammes since 11 October 2010. Our cheese dairy has been designed along the same lines as our farms, with a particular focus on the environment (wooden building, wood-fired boiler, autonomous station, etc.).

- Reservations required, online at laval-tourisme.com or at Laval Tourisme reception (Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, closed Tuesday morning).
RATES
- 1 visit: €6/PERS.
- 4 different visits and more: €5/VISIT/PERS.
- Jobseekers and trainees: €3/PERS.
- Secondary school pupils : FREE
Visits by under-15s are forbidden, except in week 1 and where otherwise stated.
RECOMMENDATIONS
- Please arrive on time for your visit, as you will be expected there.
- Follow the health and safety instructions given. If you do not
access to the visit will be refused.
- Do not smoke during visits.
- Ask permission to film or take photographs.
- Flat, closed shoes are recommended for all visits.
