LIDER, based in Bonchamp les Laval (53) since 1994, joined the Trigano Group in 2012 to consolidate its position as French leader in trailers, with an overall market share of over 23% in France, all registered segments combined. LIDER has a turnover of almost €50m.
Housed in two buildings totalling 20,000 m², it specialises in the design and production of trailers for its 3 brands:
- LIDER => road trailers for all uses, whether for the general public or for professionals
- SUN WAY => nautical trailers for transporting, handling and storing boats
- MECANOREM => road and water trailers to complement the other two brands
All our trailers are designed and approved in France in accordance with current European Union regulations (regulation 2018/858). This step forward in terms of quality and safety certifies our products for sale in France and throughout Europe.
The company currently employs nearly 140 people at 3 sites, 68% of them in industrial activities, and this year it produced and delivered:
26,500 luggage trailers
7,500 utility trailers
2,600 boat trailers
That's almost 4,500 trucks chartered each year to our 1,500 reseller customers in France and abroad.

- Reservations required, online at laval-tourisme.com or at Laval Tourisme reception (Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, closed Tuesday morning).

- 4 different visits and more: €5/VISIT/PERS.
- Jobseekers and trainees: €3/PERS.
- Secondary school pupils : FREE
Visits are forbidden to under-15s, except in week 1 and where otherwise stated.
RECOMMENDATIONS
- Please arrive on time for your visit, as you will be expected there.
- Follow the health and safety instructions given. If you do not
access to the visit will be refused.
- Do not smoke during visits.
- Ask permission to film or take photographs.
- Flat, closed shoes are recommended for all visits.
