- Booking essential, online at laval-tourisme.com or at Laval Tourisme reception (Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, closed Tuesday morning).

- 1 visit: €6/PERS.
- 4 different visits and more: €5/VISIT/PERS.
- Jobseekers, people in training, secondary school pupils : FREE
Visits are forbidden to under-15s, except in week 1 and where otherwise stated.
RECOMMENDATIONS
- Please arrive on time for your visit, as you will be expected there.
- Follow the health and safety instructions given. If you do not
access to the visit will be refused.
- Do not smoke during visits.
- Ask permission to film or take photographs.
- Flat, closed shoes are recommended for all visits.
