Industrielle Attitude : Séché Eco-Industries

Waste is an inherent part of our society and our consumption patterns. It is a major environmental issue and a major drain on resources. It is for this reason that the desire for a more circular economy was born, where ideally the waste of some would become the resources of others. This is what Séché Eco-Industries has been working towards for over 35 years: recycling everything that can be recycled into raw materials, or failing that, recovering the energy content of waste while managing the non-recyclable fraction. It provides innovative solutions to meet the needs of the region and the challenges of tomorrow. Every year, more than 5,000 people visit the Changé Environment Centre, its sorting centre and its energy recovery and production unit. So many citizens informed and aware of waste issues.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Meeting point for departure by coach compulsory! People arriving at the site by their own means will not be welcomed for the visit. Meeting point Parking Octroi- Hôtel Inn Design (Route de Fougères)

- Visits for the general public: 14 and 15 October at 8.45 am
- Visits reserved for secondary school pupils: 6 and 7 October at 8.45 am
- Reservations required, online at laval-tourisme.com or at Laval Tourisme reception (Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, closed Tuesday morning).

RATES
- 1 visit: €6/PERS.
- 4 different visits and more: €5/VISIT/PERS.
- Jobseekers and trainees: €3/PERS.
- Secondary school pupils : FREE
Visits by under-15s are forbidden, except in week 1 and where otherwise stated.

RECOMMENDATIONS
- Please arrive on time for your visit, as you will be expected there.
- Follow the health and safety instructions given. If you do not
access to the visit will be refused.
- Do not smoke during visits.
- Ask permission to film or take photographs.
- Flat, closed shoes are recommended for all visits.
