We defend a demanding vision of the senior residence: family-friendly, elegant and profoundly happy.
Inspired by "Douanier Rousseau", the famous painter from Laval, our home, which opened in 2024, offers 127 modern, purpose-built flats, from studio to T3, in a warm, secure environment, with full services and a variety of leisure facilities.
There's no substitute for a visit to get a feel for the Beausoleil atmosphere, the quality of the spaces and the attention to detail. We look forward to meeting you.

- Visits reserved for jobseekers, people in training, secondary school pupils: 7 October at 9 a.m.
- Reservations required, online at laval-tourisme.com or at Laval Tourisme reception (Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, closed Tuesday morning).
RATES
- 1 visit: €6/PERS.
- 4 different visits and more: €5/VISIT/PERS.
- Jobseekers and trainees: €3/PERS.
- Secondary school pupils : FREE
Visits by under-15s are forbidden, except in week 1 and where otherwise stated.
RECOMMENDATIONS
- Please arrive on time for your visit, as you will be expected there.
- Follow the health and safety instructions given. If you do not
access to the visit will be refused.
- Do not smoke during visits.
- Ask permission to film or take photographs.
- Flat, closed shoes are recommended for all visits.
