Teresa Moya co-founded France's first VG burger restaurant "East-side Burger" in Paris in 2012.
Teresa will be on hand to present and talk about her book: "vegan food art and rock and roll", 200 pages in which we can rediscover the graphic, musical and committed universe that characterised them, through the posters of their collector burgers, the photographs of their recipes by photographer Yann Levy, and through their solidarity and committed actions. The author recounts anecdotes about the creation of some of the recipes, as well as how in 10 years the East Side Burgers team has witnessed and supported changes in society with regard to animal welfare, food and their commitments. Finally, four personalities preface the book: - Brigitte Gothière, co-founder of L214 Ethics and Animals - Invader, street artist - Mike Ness, singer with Social Distortion - Tim McIlrath, singer with Rise Against
