
From 25 to 28 November, the Le Lien social centre is offering a whole week dedicated to prevention and well-being, with fun, educational and friendly activities for all ages. It's a chance to discover, exchange ideas and find out more in a friendly atmosphere open to all.
Tuesday 25 November / "Lemon warmer" workshop
- For adults and seniors with no advanced memory problems.
Want to stimulate your neurons in a good mood? Then this informative and fun workshop-game is for you! Come and test your memory and logic while sharing a pleasant moment.

Tuesday 25 November / Discovering the Giant House
- For childcare professionals and parents of young children.
What if you could see the world from a toddler's perspective? This immersive experience plunges you into a child-sized house to better understand their needs and their world.

Wednesday 26 November / Motor skills workshop
- For young children accompanied by their parents.
Move, climb, jump, discover... A free motor skills area where young children can explore their abilities in complete safety, accompanied by psychomotor therapist Ophélie Tricot.
- 9.30am to 11am - Espace sportif Bernard Le Godais
Wednesday 26 November / First aid and road safety
- For children aged 3 to 10, depending on the activity.
Children enrolled on the Île aux Mômes will have the chance to learn first aid so they know how to react in an emergency. The youngest children, aged 3 to 6, will be taught how to get around safely on foot and by bike.

What if you could see the world from a toddler's point of view? This immersive experience immerses you in a child-sized house to better understand their needs and their world.

- For childminders.
Taking care of yourself also means taking care of others! An occupational therapist will be sharing tips and tricks for adopting the right gestures and looking after your body in everyday activities.

Friday 28 November / Ageing well at the wheel
- For the over-60s.
Driving with peace of mind is something you need to look after! A morning on the Highway Code, followed by an afternoon of practical experience at the wheel of an automatic car. A useful and reassuring experience.
