Ages 10 and over (from 8 years old when accompanied by a family member)
Tuesdays 21 and 28 July – 9.00 am to 12.00 pm
A unique activity offering a different way to experience horses, suitable even for those with no previous riding experience.
In a small group, participants learn about grooming and preparing the pony or horse, harnessing it to the carriage and the basics of driving. They get a taste of what it’s like to drive and discover the joy of guiding a horse-drawn carriage, as well as a different way of connecting with horses.
Whether enjoyed with family, friends or on your own, this morning is an opportunity to share a friendly experience up close with horses, in a natural and welcoming setting, through cooperation, observation and the joy of sharing an activity together.
The activity is led by a riding instructor specialising in carriage driving.
Duration: 3 hours in the morning
