31st edition of the Lumières de Laval
Les Lumières de Laval returns from 29 November to 4 January.
Illuminations from 5pm throughout the period
Events not to be missed:
- Wednesday 3 December: "Where is the Key of Lights?" treasure hunt, between 10am and 5pm, starting from the city's cultural sites. Possibility of using the StreetNav pedestrian GPS. For wheelchair users, departure from the Albert-Legendre library is recommended.
- Wednesday 10 December: return of the Psyché statue to the Perrine garden, with a history café at 1pm and a reading and show at 3pm.
- Fridays 12 and 19 December: Moonlight tours of the garden (book in advance at patrimoine.laval.fr).
- Saturday 20 December: family workshop "Put wings on your Psyche" at 2.30pm at the Orangerie de la Perrine (free, registration required at patrimoine.laval.fr).
- Wednesday 12 December: night-time orienteering race "Les Lucioles de Laval", from 5.30pm to 9.30pm, starting from Place du 11-Novembre (prices: €3 to €12, registration on HelloAsso).
- 6 and 7 December: 10th Marché des Lumières on Place du 11-Novembre.
- From 10 to 14 December: Christmas Market in Boston Square, with around 50 stalls and a stand from our twin town of Gandia.
- From 10 to 25 December: "La Roue de Noël" game organised by Laval Cœur de commerces, with shopping vouchers to be won.
- 19, 20 and 21 December: "Christmas at the station" events in the station forecourt.
- Wednesday 17 December: Illumination of the Dacterie district, as part of the "Quartiers en Lumières" operation, at 6pm.
