Meditate anywhere, anytime - Weekend in Laval A weekend to discover meditation in a simple, friendly setting, with a programme for adults and a new programme for children and teenagers aged 7 to 15. The adult programme offers very practical advice on how to integrate meditation into everyday life: at work, with the family or in difficult times. Through accessible teachings, guided times, exchanges and simple practices, it helps to tame stress, ruminations and intense emotions, while cultivating greater calm, joy and inner stability. Over the course of the weekend, everyone can discover that compassion is simpler than we imagine, that wisdom is within our grasp and that it is possible to connect, at any moment, with a more open and confident presence within ourselves. The weekend will feature a number of highlights, including a screening of the documentary film "On the Path", a shop and bookshop dedicated to meditation and well-being, and a presentation by the Nepalese charity Tergar Schools on its work with children and young people in Nepal. The event will be held in English, with simultaneous translation in French, German and Spanish. ? Children's and teenagers' programme (7-15 years) A new programme, offered alongside the adult programme, will enable families to experience the weekend together. ? This fun mini-retreat invites younger children to explore awareness, caring and curiosity through games, practical activities, short guided meditations, stories, creative projects and movement time. ? Mingyour Rinpoche, Alexandre Jollien and Frédéric Auquier will be taking part in the programme: they will come and meet the children, talk to them and offer them meditations adapted to their age, in a simple and caring spirit. ? Led by experienced facilitators, the sessions are adapted to suit the different ages so that each child feels comfortable, involved and free to participate at his or her own pace, while making new friends from different countries. The programme will be run in English and French.
