In the heart of the town, without ever entering it, a shady woodland trail along the steep slopes of the Vicoin valley.
1 From the car park, walk down to the bridge. Turn left into rue de l'Ecrille, then take the path along the right bank of the Vicoin as far as the Moulin de Coupeau.
2 Climb the escarpment bordering the Concise forest. Zigzag downhill and turn right before the viaduct to join the voie verte. Take the green route on the right. A footbridge can be used as a short cut.

3 Alternatively, continue along the old railway line as far as Pont Alain. Turn left (400 m on a fairly busy road). At La Grande Maison, turn left onto a tarmac track which becomes a footpath. Intersection with the Laval Agglo community circuit.
4. cross the greenway. After the park, take the sandy, winding track on the northern wooded slope of the Coupeau site via Bonne Fontaine before Eurolat. Descend rue Jean Cottereau, known as Jean Chouan. Intersection with the Laval Agglo community circuit.
5 At the old Coupeau mill, climb up the left bank of the Vicoin into a wooded area.
