9.5 km - 2 h 30 Parking du Plan d'eau de Changé 65% dirt roads Start - Turn right onto the towpath. 1 At the Boisseau lock, turn right and go up a steep slope via dirt steps and the streets of the housing estate. Go round the restaurant roundabout on the left and take the cycle/pedestrian path. 2 Cross the road from Changé to Niafles (take care) and continue straight ahead into the wooded lane. 3 Turn right. 4 Opposite the road, there is a succession of lanes between a housing estate and sports fields. 5 Take the cycle/pedestrian path on the left and change pavement 300 metres further on. 6 Return to the car park.
