The farm specialises in livestock production, with Label poultry and a herd of suckler cows of the Rouge des Prés breed.
All the cattle are born, reared and fattened on the farm. Their feed comes exclusively from the farm, consisting of grass and a few cereals (peas, oats, triticale, etc.).
Packages start at 10 kg. All cuts are labelled and vacuum-packed.
Packages are made up of fast-cooking cuts (roasts, steaks, etc.) and slow-cooking cuts (bourguignon, pot au feu, etc.).
The second category can be minced in whole or in part, in the form of steaks in packs of 2 x 125g or in bulk in packs of 500g.
Packages should be collected from the farm on the day indicated.
