The museum and the exhibition ‘Aux quatre coins du lait’ will be open for self-guided tours. You’ll be able to discover the magnificent photographs from ‘Sur la Route du Lait’, which capture traditional dairy practices from around the world and serve as vital tools for promoting and preserving traditional skills.
In keeping with the theme of ‘heritage at risk’, cheesemakers will be showcasing several technical techniques associated with AOP, AOC and IGP dairy products… before offering tastings!
And if this first tasting isn’t enough, a second one will take you on a fun journey of discovery to explore other lesser-known AOP cheeses such as Brie de Melun, Bleu des Causses and Fourme de Montbrison. Come and learn whilst enjoying a treat! Free of charge.
