Located just 10 minutes' drive from Laval, on the village square of the charming character town of Parné-sur-Roc, the gîte is on the first and top floor, above the grocery shop selling local produce from our Mayenne farmers and producers!

The accommodation is a 2-bedroom flat (double room and family room). You will have a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen to share. The double bedroom has 1 double bed and a private bathroom and WC accessible from the landing. The family room consists of a 1st bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 extra bed, a 2nd bedroom with a double bed and a WC bathroom with shower.
Free WIFI and TV.
Towels and sheets are subject to a supplement of €5 per person.
