Exceptional location for this 6-person gîte 10 km from Laval, in the countryside
Le Millésime is a lovely place to stay just 10 minutes from Laval, in the heart of the rolling Mayenne countryside. You'll love its comfort and facilities, as well as the large garden and children's play area shared with another gîte and the owners' children.
The interior is tastefully furnished, offering a variety of atmospheres. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven and gas hob, microwave, small electrical appliances and matching crockery. It opens onto the lounge with TV. There are three bedrooms, two of which each have a double bed (140x190), wardrobe and small desk. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and 2 bunk beds. Separate bathroom, separate WC (1 small step). Wifi available throughout.
Sit out on the terrace and enjoy the natural surroundings.
The owner is also a wine merchant and will be delighted to share his nuggets: naturally produced wines and spirits.
Seminars can also be organised with "natural wine discovery" activities. For meetings: use of the wine cellar room and a large work room. Suitable for 20 people.
Horses can be accommodated, with water and toiletries available on site.
The gîte is 5km either side of Louverné, Changé and Andouillé, and 10km from Laval. This gives you easy access to all the cultural and leisure facilities that Laval has to offer (the Christmas Lights, its port, its historic districts and its museums, including the Museum of Naive Art in memory of Douanier Rousseau, a native of Laval, etc.), as well as the hiking and fishing trails on the Ernée river below the garden.
