Presentation and discovery of the project to plant vines in Mayenne, how they are vinified and the type of wines produced.
Originally from Mayenne, I moved to Anjou in 2009 where I was able to pick my first grapes.
Since 2012, I've been training with the Bac and BTS viticulture and oenology apprenticeship in several Domaines in organic viticulture.
I went on to do a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Vine and Wine Science in Dijon, specialising in terroir analysis: climatology, geology and pedology.
I was able to work in Burgundy with Sylvain Pataille and in technical and scientific institutes. At the Chamber of Agriculture and at INRAE in Montpellier.
I also worked as a vineyard manager at Domaine les Grandes Vignes (Vaillant family) in Anjou.
I've also been providing advice, training and services in viticultural agronomy for the last 6 years, particularly in neo-viticultural areas.
As I'm originally from Mayenne, the idea has always been to plant vines in my home region in the context of climate change. I'm planting 1 hectare this year and I've started to make wine with grapes harvested in Anjou, then bringing it all back to Mayenne to be vinified in its entirety.
