The gîte is in the countryside, surrounded by fields. There is a petanque pitch and a 1,600m² pond 40m from the gîte. Fish being counted...be one of the guests who will help to count the species present!

Laval is also a trail station, with both urban and off-road routes. The river, the Mayenne, offers water sports activities and a towpath: the Vélo Francette. Vitré, a dynamic town, boasts a château, a historic centre and the banks of the Vilaine.
Professional stay: 4 people maximum, for the 3 bedrooms. Cleaning compulsory, 1 cleaning for 14 nights. Bed linen included.
