La Halte Fluviale: your starting point for unforgettable leisure experiences! Let yourself be tempted by adventure! Enjoy a wide range of activities to suit all tastes and all ages. Situated right in the heart of Laval in Boston Square, just 5 minutes from the historic centre, La Halte Fluviale invites you to enjoy the pleasure of being close to nature and offers you a taste of a holiday. From the Laval riverside stop, set off on a cycling adventure. The towpath will be your playground, and you’ll have the pleasure of discovering a lovely stretch of the Vélo Francette, for example, and enjoying the many cycling routes! Running alongside the river, the towpath divides the town of Laval in two and provides an exceptional hiking route through well-preserved heritage. By bike, you’ll uncover the secrets dotted along this unique and distinctive route, which is also part of the Vélo Francette® (a cycle route linking Ouistreham to La Rochelle). Do give it a go! Available for hire: • Teenage bike (half-day: €6; full day: €10; deposit: €250) • Standard bike (half-day: €10; full day: €18; deposit: €250) • Electric bike: range: up to 80 km (half-day: €20; full day: €30; deposit: €750) • Gravel/hybrid bike (half-day: €20; full day: €30; deposit: €500) • Tandem (half-day: €20; full day: €30; deposit: €250) • Inclusive tricycle (half-day: €20; full day: €30; deposit: €750) Need a child seat? Hire is €3 for half a day and €4 for a full day (€50 deposit) Need a child trailer? Half-day hire is €8 and full-day hire is €11 (€100 deposit) Need panniers?
