Family workshop: apprentice cheesemaker at the Cité du Lait
Where does the milk come from? How is it turned into cheese? These are just some of the questions a little apprentice needs to ask. After discovering all the secrets of dairy processing, children and adults alike can take action by making their own cheese.
- Dates: Tuesdays and Fridays during the holidays (excluding public holidays)
