Beautiful fishing gîte 10 minutes from Laval, ideal for relaxing and enjoying yourself.

On the outskirts of Laval, this gîte is a haven of peace with its 1,000 m² of wooded grounds, its 7,300 m² lake, its animals (ponies and donkey) and its facilities (swing, boules pitch, etc.). Enjoy the peace and quiet and exceptional views over the lush green Mayenne countryside. The private pond, 330 metres from the gîte, is home to carp, roach and tench - a fisherman's paradise! As an added bonus, there's an annex next to the gîte with a sink and fridge, ideal for storing and preparing fish. If you're looking for entertainment, the town of Laval is just 10 minutes away, with shops, museums, attractions and events all year round. Local shops and services in Louverné (3.5 km), numerous hiking and mountain bike trails nearby, Val de Jouanne leisure centre 7 km away with pedalo hire, Saulges climbing site 20 km away, golf course 10 km away, Gallo-Roman site of Jublains 30 km away.
