A must-attend event to mark the start of the new term, the Charities and Volunteering Fair will bring together nearly 160 Laval-based organisations on Saturday 5 September at the multi-purpose hall. Around 4,000 visitors are expected to attend.
A must-attend event at the start of the new season, the Community Organisations and Volunteering Forum will bring together nearly 160 organisations from Laval on Saturday 5 September at the community hall. Around 4,000 visitors are expected.
Fancy taking up a sport, getting involved in theatre, helping people in need, or joining an environmental charity? The Community and Local Life Forum will give you the chance to meet key figures from Laval’s voluntary sector, including leaders and volunteers.
Organised by the City Council, the event is structured around six themes:

- Community life
- Urban ecology
- Social cohesion
- Sport for all
