“Established in 1995, the Laval and Laval Agglomération Archives service preserves and promotes the history of the town and the wider local authority area. Its four staff members collect, catalogue, preserve and make available public and private archives donated by individuals and organisations.
!! PRACTICAL INFORMATION !!
• From Friday 2nd to Friday 9th October 2026, visits are reserved for jobseekers, trainees and secondary school pupils
• From Monday 12th to Friday 30th October: visits open to the general public
Prices:
> 1 tour: €6 per person /
> 4 or more different tours: €5 per tour per person
> Secondary school pupils: free
> Tours not permitted for under-15s

No tickets available on site on visiting days
Recommendations:
Please arrive on time for your tour; you are expected
Please follow the safety and hygiene guidelines provided. If these are not followed, you will be refused entry to the tour
Please do not smoke during the tours
Please ask for permission before filming or taking photographs
Flat, closed-toe shoes are required for all tours
