Nuillé is just 1.5 km away and has a range of local shops (bakeries, grocery shop, tobacconist's, newsagent's, etc.), unless you prefer L'Huisserie, 3 km away, where you'll find all the shops you need.

You're in Maine, at the gateway to Anjou and Brittany. There's easy access to Angers, Mont St Michel, Fougère and its castle, and Le Mans and its motor racing circuit.
And closer to home, Laval, with its unusual cathedral, castle and old streets, harbour with boat hire, shops, etc.
Château-Gontier, winner of the "Fleur d'or" award, is the birthplace of towns and villages in bloom, with its historic centre and remarkable gardens, its local farmers' market on Thursdays, the Refuge de l'Arche...
And from the Lande du Bourg, you can walk to the towpath to discover the variety of landscapes and the many châteaux overlooking the Mayenne, or join the greenway, a former railway line, which runs through Montigné, and visit the amazing Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé le Vivien...
