1. Maison de quartier St-Nicolas: cross Bd Brune and follow the paths. Turn left on Bd Kellermann and right on avenue Kléber, then cross the Plaine d'Aventures (picnic tables).

2. Turn right into chemin des Hubaudiéres. At Chemin des Faluères, turn left into a grassy lane running alongside the road.

3 (View of the Grenouillère mill on the right). Walk along the Ruisseau St-Nicolas (allotment gardens on the left).

4. Walk along the left bank of the stream, cross the Bd Jourdan and continue along the left bank (picnic tables and view of the Moulin de la Coconière before the street).

5. Turn right into Rue Mac Donald, cross it at the pedestrian crossing, turn left and then right along the right bank of the Ruisseau.

6. Cross Bd Francis le Basser at the traffic lights and turn left, then right into Rue Adolphe Beck. Leave the road on the left of the Lactopole and cross the footbridge.

7. Turn right along the stream and then the Mayenne. Turn left along the château fence as far as the former Bois Gamats farm.

8. Cross the courtyard to the left, go down a sunken lane, cross the road and the ruisseau de la Chevalerie and go back up towards the housing estate.

9. Turn right into chemin de la Touche and right into avenue de la reine Jéhane. At the roundabout, turn left into rue de la Rose Bleue and go straight ahead into an alleyway. Turn right into rue Rivault de Florence, which continues along a dead-end road as far as the church.

10. Turn right onto Route d'Angers, then left into Rue de la Commanderie, leaving it on the left via an alleyway. Turn right into Rue Alfred de Vigny and after a few dozen metres turn left into the alleys until you again turn right into Rue Alfred de Vigny, which continues along a dead-end road. Cross the Avenue de Tours at the traffic lights; continue straight ahead up the steps to the Maison de quartier St-Nicolas.
