Self-catering gîte for 2 people with SPA, Sauna, 2-seater bath

Hello and welcome to Le Petit Gîte in our garden in Bonchamp. Our accommodation is for a maximum of 2 people. It has its own entrance and a parking space in front of the house. There is a private sauna and a 2-seater bath under the slope in the accommodation. A terrace with a private SPA on the garden side. The jacuzzi is exclusively for you during your stay, as is the garden. The shutter of the window of our house near the Jacuzzi will remain closed during your stay. You will have total privacy. Please respect hygiene and common sense. Our little house is located 3 km from all amenities in Bonchamp (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.). Our garden is country-style and measures around 3000 m2. Ground floor: Separate entrance. Fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, crockery, etc.) WC Living room with TV (Netflix) There are some TV channels but not all. Internet (fibre) This is an ideal place to recharge your batteries or telework. South-facing terrace with table and chairs. First floor: Bedroom opening onto the staircase with Queen Size bed (160*200 cm) and TV (Netflix). Chest of drawers and open wardrobe. Bathroom with sauna (seats 2) and 2-seater bath under slope. WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Vanity unit with washbasin and illuminated mirror. Bed linen and 4 towels provided. 2 bathrobes and a bathmat are provided. We also provide 2 kitchen towels. Don't forget to bring your swimming trunks (swimming trunks are not permitted). The accommodation is attached to our main house. It has its own entrance. Our country garden is accessible to you. We will be on hand during your stay if you need us. We remain discreet when the gîte is occupied. If you love the countryside, birdsong, horses, deer, flowers and the sound of tractors, this is the accommodation for you. The property is brand new and has been completely renovated by us. We do not charge for cleaning: please leave our accommodation clean on your departure. * Please respect the property and the neighbours. * Non-smoking accommodation. * Pets are not allowed. * Parties are not allowed. * Candles are strictly forbidden. * Accommodation is for 2 people only. * No other persons will be admitted. Arrival time from 5pm. Departure time until 12 noon. Self-catering arrival and departure possible. We like to welcome our travellers in person if you wish.
