4th RETROCLASSIC53: 300 vintage vehicles expected for a major charity event!
On 12 and 13 September 2026, the Guy de Laval Lions Club is organising the 4th edition of RETROCLASSIC 53, a major gathering of vintage and prestige motorised vehicles. The event is organised in aid of sick and/or disabled children. Following the success of previous editions, we are repeating this action, bringing together more than 300 vehicles and welcoming almost 3,000 visitors.
The weekend will include entertainment, a large refreshment stand and a fast-food area, as well as games for children. FREE entry for vehicles on display.
Visitor price: €4 with programme and advertisers, free for accompanied children under 12.
Friday 11 September 2pm-6pm: vehicles arrive, check-in and placement.
Saturday 12 September programme
8 a.m. to 12 p.m. - Arrival of vehicles, inspection and positioning of vehicles in the park.
10 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Exhibition opens to the public
10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. - Static display of vehicles, entertainment and catering, presence of partner merchants and exhibitors, as well as car dealers, lectures on the history of the automobile.
10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. - Road baptisms with volunteer owners - €10 or €30 per passenger depending on the type of vehicle.
From 18 H to 19 H 30 - Parade in Laval city centre
From 7.30 p.m. - End of the day with an evening party for all RETROCLASSIC 53 exhibitors in the main hall of the racecourse (cocktail reception). There will be a €15 charge for accompanying persons and drivers who are not giving first drives. Registration required.
Programme for Sunday 13 September:
8 to 10 a.m. - Additional vehicles set up in the park.
9 a.m. - 50 km ride on the small country roads around Laval, then return to the racecourse. Accompanying passengers on registration at 25 € / adult - 10 € / Child -12 years. Return around 11am.
10 am - 6 pm: Exhibition open to the public
10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. - Road baptisms with volunteer owners - €10 or €30 per person depending on the type of vehicle.
10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. - Static presentation of vehicles, entertainment and catering, presence of partner merchants and exhibitors, as well as car dealers, lectures on the history of the automobile.
4 p.m. - Presentation of the public's favourite vehicles in front of the grandstand, with prize-giving ceremony.
6 p.m. - End of the exhibition.
We are really counting on the presence of collectors to make this new edition a success, with a thought for sick and/or disabled children whose suffering we wish to alleviate.
