Lettering is the art of drawing letters and playing with words, shapes and colours. During this immersion course, you’ll learn the basics through guided exercises, demonstrations and various creative projects. You’ll be able to experiment with a range of tools, gradually find your own creative style and leave with your own original pieces.
This workshop has been specially designed for beginners. You don’t need to know how to draw, have neat handwriting or have any previous experience of calligraphy. Here, it’s not about skill level or performance: everyone progresses at their own pace, in a small group and with attentive guidance.
Creative sessions alternate with shared meals, discussions, walks and times to relax.
You’ll leave with accessible techniques, creations made during the retreat and, above all, a newfound confidence in your ability to create.
