Description
In a spectacular performance brimming with triumphant energy, six actresses recount the struggles of female athletes who defied the odds. Powerful!
The whistle blows, the clock is ticking! A battle begins: points must be scored. By telling stories – those of athletes who fought to assert their rights: running the marathon even though it wasn’t open to women, surfing at night because the beaches were off-limits to them during the day…
Alone or in unison, the actresses stand before the audience and powerfully bring to life these tales of defiance and perseverance. In a stadium-like atmosphere, they fill the stands with the spirit of a joyful struggle and honour these pioneers in a manner befitting their achievements. Electrifying!
